Always be drunk.
That’s it!
The great imperative!
In order not to feel
Time’s horrid fardel
bruise your shoulders,
grinding you into the earth,
Get drunk and stay that way.
On what?
On wine, poetry, virtue, whatever.
But get drunk. (more…)
I’m really, really, REALLY looking forward to get a Nintendo DS Lite, which may appear in Europe as soon as June or as late as August… who knows.
Anyway, in the mean time there’s a guy doing a series of videos comparing the old DS to the new DS and answering some questions to those of us waiting for it (since it’s been released in Japan only). And his last installement is just hilarious. I really loved the battery test part. Watch it.
You can watch his two, more serious, previous video reviews, too (#1, #2). Beware if you’re the proud owner of a current generation DS; you’ll want to cry.
After “Satisfaction”, Benny Benassi is out with another hit, “Who’s your daddy?”. But of course, it’s not just the songs that make this guy so popular; it’s the videoclips.
I’m not sure why… judge for yourself. I think Satisfaction is better, but Who’s your daddy is not bad either. Now if I only I could find out why I can’t stop watching them…
Another World (or Out of This World, as it was called in some countries) is possibly one of the best cinematic games that can be played in a PC. It’s the first game I remember that had me immersed in the adventure just like in a movie all the time. Actually it’s better to know nothing at all about the game before playing it; you’ll enjoy it much, much more. So I won’t discuss the story…
I hate my birthday. And not because I don’t like getting older (which I do hate, actually), but because everything and everyone seems to confabulate so that everything is wrong these days.
Well, the blog is back online after RegisterFly screwed it big time with the domain renewal. I did the renewal 7 days before expiration (and they charged me immediately, of course), but somehow it expired anyway and they pointed the domain to a parking page. Lovely. Since I was on vacation, it’s been that way for three days, and only after I returned and filed a couple of complaints everything went back to normal.
Anyway, just one more thing gone wrong in these last days. Meh.
That’s the specifications of the really cool-looking candela lamps. They’re rechargeable, LED based, last 5 hours, seem to be safe and give you the same light as… a candle, obviously.
And at 89$ for four plus the charger, they’re not even excessively expensive. I want them. And my BD is near. /rolleyes.
